This six-hour charity livestream brought together more than 20 guests from around the world for a full day of conversations, education, and live programming. The production team coordinated guest setup across time zones, then produced the broadcast through the live show and control room, keeping the event moving from opening title cards through the final segment.
The event raised nearly $3,000 for charity and drew almost 7,000 attendees. A month-long social campaign built momentum ahead of the stream, while an integrated sponsor strategy sold visibility around the event itself and inside the opening title cards. The show ultimately included 10 paid sponsors, giving partners a clear presence without interrupting the experience for viewers.
Because speakers submitted an assortment of photographs, NanoBanana was used to relight, re-pose, and position each person consistently for the show package. Wan then generated turn animations from those prepared portraits. The remaining motion design was built with a mix of Veo 3 and After Effects, with Suno audio supporting the sound and music layer.
